with a Discussion on Making Smart Investments

Local businesses will hear speaker Keith Lerner, Senior Vice President and Senior Market Strategist for SunTrust Private Wealth Management, discuss how to sift through the information presented by the general media, in order to fully understand it and make smart investments. Lerner is a member of the team responsible for establishing SunTrust’s investment strategy, writes the SunTrust Market Perspective newsletter, and is the designated Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Chartered Market Technician (CMT). A graduate of the University of Central Florida, he was previously the portfolio manager for another major financial institution, before becoming the Chief Market Strategist for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Lerner was also a founding member of the Trading Analytics Group at Charles Schwab and his work has been cited in various sources including Barron’s, Bloomberg, Finanical Times, CNN Money, MarketWatch, Investor’s Business Daily, The Globe and Mail, Index Universe,
and Fox News.
