Busch Gardens’ Play Area Opens at International Plaza this Friday the Grand Opening Event Includes Entertainment, Animals and Special Gifts for the First 200 Kids
Busch Gardens Tampa has teamed up with International Plaza to create a one-of-a-kind children’s play area at the popular local shopping center. “The new Busch Gardens children’s play area will be free to all guests at International Plaza and Bay Street and include several animal stars such as hippos, a baby elephant, baby lions and an alligator, as well as a train, safari truck and a 14-foot Cheetah Hunt Tower.”, offering many of the iconic structures of Florida’s thrill leader. The play area will open to the public, after a week of construction, this Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. with a grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will include Busch Gardens’ entertainment, as well as visits from the park’s animal ambassadors. Additionally, the first 200 kids will receive a special gift on behalf of Busch Gardens and International Plaza.

So put it in your calendar for Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. (ribbon cutting at 10:15 a.m.). over at the International Plaza and Bay Street. The Busch Gardens play area is located in the lower level Nordstrom wing.
