The Orlando Predators Medical Staff Named Sports Medicine Program of the Year
The Orlando Predators medical staff has been awarded with the Assurance Agency Sports Medicine Program of the Year, the AFL Office announced.

The award recognizes the teams head Athletic Trainer Kevin Mercuri and the team physician Dr. Billings of Jewett Orthopedic of Orlando. The award was voted on by peers who recognized the medical staff’s hard work and dedication to the team and players.
“We try extremely hard to provide the best possible care and most comfortable stay for visiting teams upon their arrival and throughout their short stay here in Orlando,” Mercuri said.
Dr. Billings, Kevin Mercuri, and the rest of their staff work extremely hard putting in roughly 50-60 hours and 6-7 days per week each and every season.
“This is truly a tremendous award recognized by the other Athletic Trainers and Administrators in this League.”
